Enjoy a welcoming, sister-only environment where you can move, sweat, and connect—no experience needed. Come as you are and let's grow stronger together, mind and body!

Class pass options:
8 classes for $80.00 ($10.00 per class)
Drop-in option: $12.00 per class

For maximum flexibility, there will be an in-person and online option. An online link will be sent to all attendees before class begins (this link will change weekly).

If a class is ever cancelled, a makeup date will be scheduled.
No refunds will be given within 48 hours of the first scheduled class.
