Join Uplift Muslim Youth on December 7 at 2:00 PM at American Top Team Sandy Springs for a Girls’ Self-Defense Class to help young women learn confidence, awareness, and practical safety skills. Led by a trained instructor, this session will cover basic techniques, situational awareness, and strategies for staying safe in everyday situations. All girls in high school are welcome!
