Thank you for being part of RCM, ILM and Nur Ul Quran's Community Eid Festival. Here are some crucial pieces of information you need to know.

Remaining spots are for non-food and dessert vendors only!

For this event, we are accepting boutique vendors: artisan craft stalls, local boutique pop-ups, specialty product like candles, jewelry, soups and perfumes.

Prepping Your Space, Event Setup & Breakdown

1. Setup: Vendors are welcome to start set up no earlier than 12:00 pm. Setup MUST be completed by 1:15pm as the Bazaar will begin promptly at 1:30pm.

2. Power: Bring your own extension cords. We will have limited power outlets and amperage. 

3. Parking: Parking will be available in the RCM, Ilm and Nur Ul Quran parking lot, and surrounding lots (directed by parking volunteers). We strongly encourage vendors to arrive early to allow ample time to find parking and for unloading their supplies.

4. Paper Products: Please bring your own paper products, gloves, napkins, foil trays and anything else you may require for your booth.

6. Trash: Onsite trash receptacles are available. You will be responsible for taking trash to the onsite receptacles before your departure. Please keep your booth area clean. 

7. Booth Space Assignment: Vendor table assignments will be allocated due to energy and space constraints and are therefore not negotiable.

8. Tables & Chairs: Please bring your own table(s).

9. Tents: Indoor space. Tents not needed

10. Meals: Please bring your own snacks/meals. 

11. Clean-up: The Bazaar will end at 5:30pm; vendors may start breaking down their booth at that time. Vendors must have their space cleaned up by 6:30pm.

Refunds will NOT be issued if you cancel.
