Thank you for being part of RCM's 2025 Ramadan Ready Bazaar. Here are some crucial pieces of information you need to know.
**WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING FOOD VENDORS PLEASE **
Remaining spots are for non-food vendors only!
Please download and sign the Vendor Agreement Form and email the completed form to Info@roswellmasjid.org as confirmation that you have received this agreement and agree to abide by it.
For this event, we are not accepting vendors that wish to cook and sell food on-site.
We are accepting vendors that have pre-made food/treats, craft and clothing vendors.

Prepping Your Space, Event Setup & Breakdown

Setup: Vendors are welcome to start set up no earlier than 1:15 pm. Setup MUST be completed by 1:50pm as the Bazaar will begin promptly at 2:00pm.

Power: Bring your own extension cords. We will have limited power outlets and amperage.

Parking: Parking will be available in the RCM parking lot, and surrounding lots (directed by parking volunteers). We strongly encourage vendors to arrive early to allow ample time to find parking and for unloading their supplies.

Please bring your own ice if needed.

Paper Products: Please bring your own paper products, gloves, napkins, foil trays and
anything else you may require for your booth.

Trash: Onsite trash receptacles are available. You will be responsible for taking trash to
the onsite receptacles before your departure. Please keep your booth area clean.

Booth Space Assignment: RCM staff will assess the best vendor layout. You will be notified of your booth space assignment as we get closer to the day of the event.
Vendor table assignments have been allocated due to energy and space constraints and are therefore not negotiable.

Tables & Chairs: Please bring your own table(s). If you do not have one, please email Info@roswellmasjid.org ASAP as we have limited tables that we may be able to provide.

Tents: As this is an indoor event, tents will not be allowed.

Meals: Please bring your own snacks/meals.

Clean-up: The Bazaar will end at 4:00pm; vendors may start breaking down their booth at that time. Vendors must have their space cleaned up by 5:00pm.
There is a $50.00 vendor fee. The vendor fee may be paid via cash, check, or credit card online via this form.
You may also use Zelle using the email RCMZelle@roswellmasjid.org. Please be sure to enter “RCM 2025 Pre-Ramadan Bazaar” in the memo/notes section. Vendor fee must be paid three days prior to the event. No exceptions.
Refunds will NOT be issued after February 12th.
